Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Data Engineer to take hands-on ownership of architecting, building, and deploying modern data pipelines in Snowflake, dbt and Dagster. You will design scalable data models and guide the data platform strategy across analytics teams.

In this 6-month FTC, you’ll lead cloud data delivery, ensure data quality and security, and contribute to ML-ready datasets.

Qualifications

• Cloud data platforms: architecting and operating data solutions in enterprise cloud data warehouses.
• Transformation & orchestration: advanced SQL and Python with DAG orchestrators.
• Complex data modeling (dbt): proven track record.
• Data quality & governance: automated tests, lineage tracking, privacy controls.
• Agile delivery: experience in fast-paced sprints.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Architecture Ownership: design and implement automated, modular transformation pipelines in a modern cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with machine learning models: ML development life cycle within Snowflake (Martech desirable).
• Governance & Security: automated quality testing, RBAC, and dynamic data masking for PII.
• Technical Leadership: guide CI/CD, version control, and orchestration; collaborate with PMs and platform architects.
