A government body is seeking an experienced Director of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) to join their Executive Leadership Team. This role involves collaborating with the CEO, leading a team of around 80, and driving the organisation's digital transformation. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team reporting to the CEO, the Director of Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) will be a collaborative and inclusive leader who builds on organisational strengths and champions innovation. This role is pivotal in shaping the Commission’s digital future and representing the organisation externally.
You will lead a team of approximately 80 people (growing to 110 post transformation) and manage external service providers across IT operations, cybersecurity, project delivery, and governance. Your leadership will create an environment where inclusion, accountability, and innovation thrive.
