Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will lead cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
• Coach the development team on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related best practices.
• Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework. Showing experience of playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certification in Scrum or equivalent.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
• Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques numerous Retrospective formats handling bugs etc)
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP Kanban etc...
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques
• Experience with Agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of complementary Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for Agile values and continuous improvement. Experience of Delivery management processes.
