Hybrid working (office based in Birmingham) – Currently the team do 2 days in the office per week (subject to change around business requirements, so some weeks this could be more or less)

Your role:
At Wesleyan we are embracing our Agile capability and are on a journey to move further into this space; we have an Agile community practice, where our Scrum Masters work together to deliver and make improvements.
We are looking to expand on this capability by bringing in an experienced Project Manager who has also worked in a Scrum Master capacity, with a passion for delivering value and driving agility in support of our Transformation agenda.
You will play a substantive role as a Project Manager (fulfilling the Scrum Master role) supporting a product or feature team. In addition to the typical project management (end to end delivery leadership) responsibilities, the Scrum Master is responsible for managing the relationship with the Product Owner, making commitments on behalf of the team to the deliver features and value to sprint goals, release dates and quality standards.
Responsibilities to the team include service leadership, leading on the ‘how’ we delivery (adopting agile frameworks, methods and practices), driving ‘relentless improvements’, reporting on progress, removing blockers and challenging the wider change eco system to maximise agility.
