Job summary

Evelyn Partners in Bracknell is seeking a talented Scrum Master to join the Digital Delivery team reporting to the Senior Scrum Master. You will help cross-functional teams deliver digital product outcomes and support the rollout of a next-generation wealth management service.

You will coach Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to maximise business value while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Scrum Master with 3–5 years Scrum Master experience and knowledge of Scrum, Kanban.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to lead, coach and influence teams to adopt Agile principles and use data to drive improvements.
• Experience working in complex multi-team environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• As Scrum Master, create an environment that drives high performance and aligns delivery with client value.
• Coach agile practices and facilitate ceremonies and rituals to improve team effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise delivery flow and processes.
• Facilitate conversations across teams and stakeholders to surface issues and resolve conflicts.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams to align priorities.
• Support backlog refinement with Product Owner to keep the backlog visible and ready.
