Job summary

Together is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Microsoft 365 delivery team in the UK. You will help the team shift from project delivery to continuous delivery, coaching agile practices and facilitating ceremonies.

You’ll work with the Product Owner to remove impediments, raise delivery standards, and drive meaningful improvements for colleagues across Together. This role sits on-site at our Cheadle location.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals at varying levels of Agile maturity.
• Experience with digital delivery tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro).
• Experience working in scaled environments (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Experience using metrics to drive predictability and flow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team in agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to improve delivery standards and outcomes.
