Job summary

Evelyn Partners in Bracknell is seeking a Scrum Master to accelerate agile delivery within the Digital Delivery team. You will report into the Senior Scrum Master and help establish a high-performing environment that delivers customer value through digital products.

The role focuses on coaching teams, improving delivery flows, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business units to ensure priorities align with business outcomes. Full-time, on-site in Bracknell.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Scrum Master experience with knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment moving teams toward high performance and delivery aligned to value.
• Coach agile team in applying Agile and Scrum practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in team effectiveness and delivery flow.
• Facilitate conversations across teams and stakeholders to surface issues and resolve conflicts.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams.
• Support backlog management with Product Owner to ensure visibility and readiness
