Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to drive forward the requirements for the CESA Futures work in Tax Admin with a strong focus on derivation of existing system requirements, forming a catalogue / backlog of User Stories. This project will look to disaggregate the existing CESA solution and create a modern technical solution as part of the wider Modernisation Programme.

We will be establishing SRE engineering best practice from the outset including analysis, solution design, build, test and automation tooling to advance our deliveries by exploring the benefits of Gen AI capabilities such as legacy code descriptors and code converters.

The project is anticipated to run for 3 years and will involve leading a team of analysts to deliver the new solution.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience of establishing and governing large and complex requirements and analysis phases and product sets, someone who has strong people skills to drive forward the team to establish a new capability that will work with the wider engineering capability to deliver the project goals and establish a reskilled and sustainable capability to support CESA thereafter.
