Job description

My client, a rapidly growing, online marketplace within the motor industry is currently looking for a Scrum Master to join them on a full-time basis, with 2 days every other week on-site at their offices in Macclesfield required.

You will facilitate the Scrum Teams, coordinate all scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning and manage dependencies as well as holding sprint retrospectives that improve the team’s working environment and the delivery of subsequent sprints.

You will be helping small, focused teams navigate complexity, deliver value, and grow in capability!
