The opportunity:
Due to growth, Leonardo have an exciting opportunity for aScrumMaster in the Firmware development team. As aScrumMaster you will help create and lead self-organising teams, to successfully deliver complex and innovative projects that delight customers.
You will belong to a community of diverseProject Managementprofessionals, bringing your own unique skills and experiences to contribute towards business improvement initiatives ensuring best practice and a consistent level of high performance across the business. You will help to drive the adoption of Agile practices while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within our Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience with Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), as well as a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams. The role will be a mixture of home based and onsite.
What you’ll do as aScrumMaster:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master who will provide servant-leadership for at least two Scrum teams. This role requires someone who can guide teams through the Agile process and help them achieve their goals with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews, while also working to resolve blockers and ensure smooth delivery within an Agile framework.
You will work closely with product owners, key stakeholders, and development teams, helping to drive collaboration and a shared commitment toward achieving both ART (Agile Release Train) and sprint objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
