Job summary

Reed Screening in Manchester is seeking a Screening Team Leader to guide a team of Screening Executives, driving quality and compliance across client projects.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with clients and regulators to improve processes in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or developing a team.
• Strong performance management and coaching skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Call centre leadership experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in screening, recruitment, compliance, vetting, or another regulated environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

£27,375 per annum + £1,500 shift allowance

Job Description

Location: New York Street, Manchester City Centre

Salary: £27,375 per annum + £1,500 shift allowance

Working Pattern: Following training, you'll alternate between one week in the office and one week from home.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:00am - 4:30pm). Two late shifts every four weeks on a rotating basis (one office-based, one remote), working 12:30pm - 9:00pm
