Job summary

Experian in London is looking for a Senior Implementation and Support Analyst for Screening SME to lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing support of our Screening solutions. You will act as a Screening SME on sanctions, PEP and watchlists, collaborating with offshore teams to drive improvements and exceptional customer outcomes.

You will own complex engagements, manage escalations and support initiatives with a focus on knowledge transfer and operational excellence in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Screening, Financial Crime, KYC or Compliance environments.
• Experience independently owning and delivering implementations and customer engagements.
• Background working with offshore teams, including knowledge transfer and service delivery.
• Experience with sanctions screening, PEPs, watchlists and customer due diligence processes.
• Strong partner management and project management with escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and help implement Screening solutions, ensuring onboarding and transition to BAU support.
• Act as Screening SME, providing expertise on sanctions, PEP and watchlist data management.
• Partner with offshore teams to ensure knowledge transfer and service delivery.
• Manage and resolve customer support cases across severities; act as Incident Manager as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies across systems and activities.
