Job summary

Carbon 60 seeks an experienced Implementation Lead to drive a global background screening rollout from initiative to go-live. You will coordinate across HR, Legal, Compliance and technology teams, aligning processes, timelines and risks for a successful implementation.

The role is remote with a UK base, scoped as a 6-month temporary engagement. You will partner with external vendors to ensure readiness, training and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global background screening implementations.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple time zones.
• Experience with go-live activities and issue resolution.
• Collaborative with HR, Legal, Compliance and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of a global background screening process.
• Define and document operating processes, workflows and decision points.
• Facilitate implementation workshops and handover to tech and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance and technology stakeholders.
• Support go-live activities, readiness tracking and post-launch stabilization.
• Partner with change and communications teams for readiness and adoption.
