IDEX Consulting Ltd. in Edinburgh is recruiting a Client Services Associate to support Financial Advisers and deliver a high-quality service to clients.

You will process new business, investments, withdrawals, switches and rebalances, support client reviews and ongoing servicing, and manage client queries with accurate records in Xplan. Knowledge of pensions and investments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or Adviser support.
• Knowledge of pensions and investment products.
• Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• Xplan experience is advantageous.
• CII Level 4 qualification or working towards it would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Process new business, investments, withdrawals, switches and rebalances
• Support client reviews and ongoing servicing
• Manage client queries and maintain accurate records within Xplan
• Work closely with Advisers and internal teams to ensure excellent client experience
