You will shape business plans, set objectives, mentor advisers, and collaborate with operations to ensure client service excellence in a flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• DipPFS is essential and required.
• J07 or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in leading and coaching Financial Advisers.
• Strong commercial acumen and results orientation.
• Deep understanding of FCA requirements and advisory processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and set individual objectives.
• Coach and mentor to enhance Adviser capability and outcomes.
• Take ownership of team performance against business goals.
• Collaborate with operational and technical support teams.

About the Role

As Senior Manager, you'll oversee performance, regulatory compliance and development across a team of Financial Advisers. Through one-to-one coaching, client observation, data analysis and strategic planning, you'll enable your team to deliver outstanding financial advice and client service.

What You'll Bring

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS) - essential
• J07 or equivalent - desirable
• Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
• Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
• Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements
