IDEX Consulting is partnering with a leading national law firm to appoint an established Construction Partner to shape growth in Scotland. This is not simply inheriting a caseload but building on a successful national Construction & Engineering practice and expanding its presence across Scotland.

The role offers a platform with national infrastructure and specialist expertise to grow the Construction practice in Scotland, develop client relationships, and advise on high-value matters while

Qualifications

• Established Construction Partners or senior Construction lawyers with a strong Scottish market profile.
• Experience across contentious, non-contentious, or broader construction practice.
• Technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive growth in Scotland.
• Willingness to build on an existing national practice and influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Construction practice in Scotland.
• Develop existing client relationships and bring new opportunities.
• Work with specialists across the UK.
• Advise on complex, high-value construction and engineering matters.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Infrastructure and Planning teams.
• Have influence over the direction and growth of the Scottish practice.
