IDEX Consulting in Scotland is seeking a Senior Contentious Construction Lawyer to take a pivotal leadership role as Legal Director or Partner. You will advise on high-value disputes, build client relationships and shape the growth of the practice in a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm.

You’ll lead strategy, mentor junior lawyers and drive business development while managing a demanding caseload across developers, contractors and insurers. Hybrid working and a competitive package are on offer.
