Serco Group, via VIVO Defence Services, seeks an experienced Scoping Project Manager to lead end-to-end Billable Works across refurbishment and new builds for MoD-related projects in the UK. You will coordinate scope, budgets and schedules, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

The role requires a background in Construction/Refurbs, a driving licence, and the ability to attain SC Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager from Construction/Refurbs background with a Building/Civil Eng or E/M Eng qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Billable Works (concept-design-pricing-delivery-handover) within remit.
