Our expanding team in Harlow is recruiting for a Scientist in the Pharmaceutical Development group. You’ll work on various integrated drug discovery projects, applying practical scientific knowledge to execute lab-based techniques.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and interpret scientific data, contribute to reports and presentations.
2. Apply scientific principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
3. Identify anomalies and deviations from standard procedures.
4. Validate data and prepare slides and reports for clients.
5. Troubleshoot equipment and processes within your expertise.
6. Complete assigned lab tasks with minimal supervision, presenting results to stakeholders.
7. Communicate effectively with peers and embody Charles River Values.
8. Adhere to EHS standards, report incidents, and operate safely.
9. Understand strategic goals and participate in meetings and continuous improvement projects.
