With more than 25 years of experience, the business manages product development, clinical evaluation, manufacturing, regulatory support, and commercialisation. Due to continued growth, increased project activity, they are seeking a Scientist to provide practical support to their R&D team in Crewe.
As Scientist, you will provide hands-on R&D support across new product development, line extensions, and design changes, with a particular focus on sterile, single-use medical devices. You will conduct laboratory-based physical and performance testing, support verification and validation activities, and contribute to process validation where required.
Working closely with Technical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Project Management, Laboratory, and Commercial teams, you will help progress projects from concept through launch and post-launch activity. The role also includes preparing and maintaining design history file documentation, supporting risk assessments and FMEAs, managing project priorities, and ensuring records remain accurate, complete, and audit ready.
This is a six-month fixed-term opportunity. The team is open to a capable Scientist, and while more senior experience would be beneficial, graduates will be considered where they can demonstrate the right attitude, practical ability, and willingness to learn.
