The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple laboratories, engage with national training bodies, and contribute to shaping innovative education and training provision within one of the UK's leading genomic laboratory services.

The Training Manager will coordinate, develop and deliver education and training programmes across the WMRGL and the wider Central and South Genomic Laboratory Hub. The post holder will support a range of formal training pathways, including the Scientist Training Programme (STP), Higher Specialist Scientist Training (HSST), apprenticeship programmes and other healthcare science training routes, ensuring trainees receive a high-quality learning experience and progress successfully through their programmes.
