Keracol is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, detail-oriented scientist to join us as a Scientific Research and Development Manager. The successful candidate will manage R&D activities, work with the CTO and research team, prioritize work streams, develop project scopes and costings, collaborate with external partners, lead client projects, and report KPIs to the Board and CEO. They will also provide technical support and contribute scientifically to all R&D projects. This is a permanent position with a 3-month probation.
About Keracol: Keracol is a spin-out from The University of Leeds, focusing on sustainable, natural cosmetic products. We combine physical science with innovative extraction and formulation technologies, using renewable and waste materials to meet consumer demand for natural ingredients. We collaborate with multinational partners on research and product development.
