In this role, you will mentor medical writers, collaborate with medical affairs teams, and translate scientific work into practical client solutions. The position offers Knutsford or remote working options and a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• PhD or equivalent in a life sciences discipline, plus substantial medical comms agency experience
• A track record of leading scientific strategy at pace across multiple therapy areas
• Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on scientific review
• Genuine interest in how scientific work can be turned into solutions that reduce friction for clients
