Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in life sciences with substantial medical comms agency experience.
• Track record of leading scientific strategy across multiple therapy areas.
• Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on scientific review.
• Genuine interest in turning scientific work into client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership across RWE, publications, and strategic medical communications work.
• Act as the senior scientific partner to client therapy-area and medical affairs teams.
• Shape the evidence-generation and scientific narrative strategy across accounts.
• Mentor medical writers and junior scientific staff; build the next layer of scientific leadership.
