L’Oréal is seeking a Scientific Apprentice to join our team in White City, London, developing hands-on scientific and regulatory expertise. You will drive the use of AI to transform workflows, and support brand compliance and consumer trust across multiple divisions.

You’ll manage our online review tools, gather feedback, and improve efficiency while collaborating with a friendly team that spans all four divisions.

Qualifications

• Biology or Chemistry background (A-Level/IB equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and leverage digital/AI tools.
• Excellent organisational and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Tool & AI Management: Manage our approval platform and drive AI tool adoption.
• Compliance: Review advertising and product labels for regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration: Handle retailer queries and support exciting brand launches.
