LabX Media Group is seeking a dedicated Webinar & Conference Producer to lead planning, coordination and execution of our webinars and online events. You will source speakers, curate scientific agendas and manage technical aspects to deliver engaging virtual experiences for audiences and clients.

You will oversee production tasks, pre-recording, video editing, and live event administration while ensuring high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or related discipline.
• Experience in client-facing roles and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of webinars and online events.
• Source high-quality speakers and develop scientific agendas.
• Manage technical aspects and live event administration using BigMarker and other software.
• Write promotional copy to support event marketing.
• Coordinate communication between clients, speakers and internal teams.
• Maintain real-time data trackers and project management tools.
