Job summary

Media Contacts is seeking a dynamic coordinator to support the Scientific Lead across events and publishing. You will help plan webinars and events, provide administrative support, and coordinate with KOLs and HCPs to ensure smooth operations. There is also scope to participate in video outputs and scientific publishing initiatives.

The role offers progression as the team grows within a small, entrepreneurial company, with opportunities to move towards events or publishing work.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience (e.g. within a medcomms agency).
• A life science degree is required.
• Proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Scientific Lead with agenda creation for webinars and events.
• Provide administrative support across the events and publishing teams.
• Liaise with KOLs and HCPs via email to ensure smooth coordination.
• Help to facilitate scientific output across the business; involve in video outputs such as tags, titles and copy.
