Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a Science Technician for an Outstanding secondary school in Bromley, London. The role supports the Science Department, preparing practical lessons, organising laboratory resources and ensuring safe lab operations.

You will assist teachers with demonstrations and practical assessments, manage stock, and help maintain a well-ordered, safe teaching environment across KS3–KS5.

Qualifications

• Background in science and experience in a laboratory or school setting.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Good communication with teaching staff.
