We have an exciting, and rarely available, opportunity for a skilled and knowledgeable Science Technician to join our Physics Department in August 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis, 11/12 month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Physics, this role provides technical support and assistance to teaching staff in the implementation of the Physics Department’s educational programme and working as part of a small team to facilitate the provision of practical work in the school.
This is achieved by servicing school laboratories and providing support to teaching staff and pupils. Although this role will be primarily based within the Physics Department, all technicians are expected to be competent across Science and Technology and will be expected to provide assistance and support to other departments where and when necessary.
