Salary: £25,884 - £27,269 per annum
This is a great opportunity to work in our highly rated secondary school in central Manchester. The Student Service Coordinator supports students’ academic and personal success through responsive service to students, colleagues, and parents, and manages various in-school and after-school events.

About The Candidate
What We Want From You:
- A science background with laboratory experience as a science technician;
- NVQ L2 or 3 qualification in relevant discipline, e.g., NVQ Laboratory & Associated Technical Activities or L2 in Laboratory Technical Skills, or equivalent;
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, at least equivalent to RQF Level 2, with excellent IT skills;
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills;
- Confidence in preparing chemicals and safely setting up science experiments;
- Knowledge of safe working practices, Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, CLEAPSS, and ESCC regulations;
- Well-organized, professional, flexible, and positive approach;
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively;
- Supportive of the school's high staff attendance and punctuality standards.
