Our client, a highly respected and academically successful secondary school based in Northampton, is seeking two exceptional Science Teachers to join their thriving Science Faculty from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to contribute to A-Level teaching in your specialist area.
As part of a dedicated and forward-thinking department, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a love of Science in all its disciplines-Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Whether you're an ECT or an experienced practitioner, the school offers a supportive environment to develop your teaching practice and contribute to departmental success.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in a Science-related subject
Ability to teach general Science at KS3 and KS4; specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics is welcome
Passion for teaching and a track record of raising attainment in Science
Commitment to inclusive education and differentiated learning strategies
Strong organisational, communication, and classroom management skills
Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, trips, and enrichment opportunities
