Marchant Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher for a high-performing secondary school in Tunbridge Wells, to start September 2026. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 & KS4, with KS5 where appropriate, within a collaborative department.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, has experience teaching KS3-4 and preferably KS5, with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for education. You will contribute to a culture of high expectations and staff wellbeing.

The Role

You will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 where appropriate. About You

The successful applicant will:



  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Have experience teaching their specialist subject across KS3 and KS4.

  • Be confident teaching KS5 (desirable but not essential).

  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education.

  • Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
