Responsibilities
  1. Create and deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons to students in accordance with the school's curriculum
  2. Plan and prepare lessons, ensuring effective differentiation to meet the individual needs of students
  3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall Science program and contribute to the school's extracurricular activities
  6. Establish a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes a love for learning
  7. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' academic progress and any concerns
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
  2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
  3. Proven experience in teaching Science, preferably within a primary or secondary school setting
  4. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Science curriculum
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  7. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  8. Valid enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK
