Job summary

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-known mainstream secondary school based in Worksop. The school is seeking a Science Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis from October 2026, across KS3 and KS4, with GCSE exam preparation.

Salary: £32,916 - £51,048

The school is looking to take on a Science Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis for October 2026. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, including exam preparation for GCSE's. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results in the subject, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.

The successful Science Teacher will have:

• QTS with Science specialism (ECTs are also welcomed)
• Experience teaching Science up to Key Stage 4
• Excellent classroom management
