Boldon School is seeking an enthusiastic science teacher to join our team. You will inspire pupils with engaging lessons and a wide range of teaching strategies, following our school pedagogy and science progression plan.

• Have a secure knowledge and understanding of science.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the relevant aspects of the pupils' National Curriculum and other statutory requirements.
• Possess an ability to teach science at KS3 and KS4.
• Understand progression in their specialist subject(s).
• Cope securely with subject-related questions which pupils raise and know about pupils' common misconceptions and mistakes in their specialist subject(s).
