We’re looking for a passionate Science Teacher to join a fantastic independent specialist school in Towcester, supporting students aged 8–18 with Autism Spectrum Conditions, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. The school focuses on preparing students for adult life through expert staff and a nurturing, tailored approach.
The Role:
Teach Science across KS3 and KS4
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons
Support student development both academically and socially
Full-time position with form tutor responsibilities
What You’ll Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT welcome
Degree in a relevant subject
1+ year experience teaching Secondary students
SEN experience is a bonus but not essential
Unqualified Teachers with strong GCSE/A-Level experience will also be considered
