The Victory Academy is seeking a motivated Science Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will teach all sciences at KS3 and contribute to a positive learning environment, with GCSE options in combined or separate sciences. The role supports our expanding Sixth Form and new facilities.

About The Role

The Victory Academy are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dedicated team!

We are seeking a passionate and committed teacher who is excited about inspiring young minds and making a positive difference to students' learning and achievement. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, open‑minded approach to teaching and learning, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for Science. You will be expected to teach all sciences at KS3. At GCSE we offer both combined science and separate sciences. Our Curriculum can be viewed here

Our Science Teacher will;

• Be a qualified Teacher or ECT
• Be passionate about teaching and learning
• Have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills
• Have high expectations for achievements and behaviour
• Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our schools.

This is an exciting time to join us following the expansion of our Sixth Form provision with new state‑of‑the‑art facilities, together with establishing a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) intended for students requiring additional support for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
