Job summary

The Victory Academy in Maidstone is seeking a motivated Music Teacher to join our Performing Arts Team, teaching across Years 7–13. You’ll help students develop a love for the arts and deliver a dynamic GCSE-inclusive curriculum.

We welcome ECTs and qualified teachers, and the role may include a potential Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate, within a thriving, supportive Trust environment.

Qualifications

• Strong and inspiring classroom practitioner.
• Passionate about unlocking students’ potential.
• Experience delivering a dynamic and engaging curriculum (including GCSE)
• Up to date with current curriculum developments.
