Supply Desk is seeking a motivated Science Teacher to cover across secondary schools in Southampton from September 2026. The role involves delivering engaging science lessons for KS3 and KS4, with KS5 potential depending on experience, and supporting student progress in a well-resourced environment.
The ideal candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have strong KS3/KS4 science knowledge, and demonstrate excellent classroom management and a passion for inspiring young scientists.

Pay Rate: £168-£232 per day

We are seeking specialists in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Science who are confident delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for KS5 depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to secure a long-term placement in supportive and well-resourced schools. You will be responsible for planning and delivering inspiring lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of science. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners are essential.
