Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Essex (EN9) is seeking a qualified Science Teacher for a long-term, full-time post starting ASAP. You will teach at secondary level, plan and deliver engaging lessons, and foster a positive classroom environment that supports student learning throughout the school day.

To be successful you must have QTS, strong knowledge of the science curriculum, and excellent classroom and behaviour management.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Science at secondary level
• Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Good classroom and behaviour management skills

To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:

• Have the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
• Provide a minimum of two professional references covering the last 24 months (academic references can be accepted where appropriate)
