Outcomes First Group through Jubilee School seeks a dedicated Science Teacher to deliver engaging GCSE‑level lessons. You will work with students in small groups and one-to-one settings, personalising lesson content to meet each learner where they are.

• Location: Jubilee School, Waterlooville PO7 7RE
• Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
• Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
• Start: September 2026

About the Role

Are you a Science Teacher looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day?

At our school, you won’t be teaching to a packed classroom or delivering a one‑size‑fits‑all curriculum. You’ll work with young people in small groups and 1:1 settings, creating engaging, personalised Science lessons that meet students where they are and help them achieve more than they thought possible.

We’re looking for a teacher who is creative, resilient and passionate about making Science accessible and excitingsomeone who can build trust, inspire curiosity and help young people overcome barriers to learning.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging Science lessons up to GCSE level, adapting teaching to individual needs, abilities and learning styles.
• Create practical, meaningful learning experiences that build knowledge, confidence, independence and a love of Science.
• Build positive relationships with students and provide calm, consistent support for those who may experience barriers to learning or challenging behaviour.
• Track progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans, ensuring support is purposeful and responsive.
• Work collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, care staff and other professionals to provide consistent support.
• Contribute to the development of Science across the school and help create a stimulating learning environment.
