Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for Science & Pharmaceutical Projects in Hertfordshire, with UK-wide delivery. The role covers the full lifecycle from early design to handover, splitting time roughly 50/50 between Hertfordshire offices and project sites.

The successful candidate will manage design teams through RIBA Stages 2–4, coordinate with commercial and procurement teams, and build long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across design management, procurement and project delivery, together with a good understanding of programme, quality, commercial performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams through RIBA Stages 2, 3 and 4;
• Work with commercial and procurement teams to appoint contractors and manage individual work packages;
• Support site teams through delivery.
