Wycombe Abbey is seeking a part-time Science Laboratory Technician (Chemistry) to join their team. The role involves supporting the Science Department in a lab setting, ensuring safety and effective operation. The successful candidate will contribute during term time and holiday periods, with a permanent contract and probationary period.
Job Description
Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint a Science Laboratory Technician (Chemistry) to work as part of the Science Technician team, contributing towards the efficient and smooth running of the Science Department.
Contract: This is a part-time, permanent contract. The first six months will be a probationary period.
Hours of Work: 27 hours per week, working Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternate Saturdays during Wycombe Abbey term time, plus two additional weeks during school holidays, with the working pattern to be agreed with the Senior Lab Technician.
Salary: £14,383.16 - £18,698 (£26,350 - £35,650 FTE) per annum, depending on skills and experience.
