Novacyt Group is seeking a Content & Community Manager to transform science and product insights into compelling content across multiple formats. You will engage audiences, educate communities and support commercial growth by turning complex science into engaging narratives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Digital & AI, Sales and Regulatory, delivering webinars, customer stories and campaigns that resonate in a regulated, diagnostics-focused

Qualifications

• Must be a storyteller who can translate complex science into accessible content.
• Strong professional writing, editing and content-production experience.
• Experience with content for regulated products or markets and a related degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Shape the story behind launches and campaigns across multiple formats.
• Interview customers or KOLs and develop webinars and educational programmes.
• Create content for campaigns, launches, customer stories, case studies, webinars, social media, PR, sales materials and community programmes.
• Turn complex scientific information into clear, engaging content while maintaining accuracy.
• Coordinate planning, organisation and collaboration to move the content programme forward.
