The Role
As a Science Academic Coach, you will be an integral part of the science department, supporting teachers in lessons and helping to manage practical activities in the school’s excellent laboratory facilities. You’ll provide 1-2-1 academic support and deliver small group booster sessions to help improve understanding, raise attainment and spark curiosity in biology, chemistry and physics.

You’ll need strong communication skills, confidence when working with young people, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
