Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced SCIDA SME to join a highly secure, nationally significant Defence programme based in Hemel Hempstead with onsite work and UK travel.

You will lead SCIDA activities, ensure security assurance and compliance across secure platforms, work within TEMPEST frameworks and MoD/government standards, and coordinate with stakeholders in a demanding ITIL environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing SCIDA responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of TEMPEST methodologies.
• Experience within Defence, Government or highly secure environments.
• Security assurance and accreditation experience.
• Knowledge of MoD security policies and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting complex secure IT platforms and services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate as a technical SME.
• Experience working across multiple secure locations and environments.
• ITIL knowledge and service management experience.

We're supporting a major organisation within the Defence and Secure Communications sector that is seeking an experienced SCIDA to join a highly secure, nationally significant programme.

This is a specialist position responsible for leading SCIDA activities across a complex secure managed services environment, ensuring security assurance, compliance and operational integrity are maintained across multiple secure platforms and locations.

What You'll Be Doing
