Qualifications

• Experience in transport coordination or fleet administration is essential.
• Experience in a school/education setting is desirable.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and scheduling systems is preferred.
• Understanding of vehicle safety and record keeping is important.
• A full UK driving licence and minibus driving experience are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate school transport schedules and daily minibus requirements.
• Arrange transport for trips, activities and events.
• Maintain vehicle checklists, service records and documentation.
• Monitor maintenance needs and report faults promptly.
• Liaise with drivers, school staff and external transport providers.
• Ensure transport follows school procedures and safety requirements.
• Assist with bookings, schedules and administrative records.
