Qualifications

• Able to adapt communication style to individuals’ needs and use sign/symbols where necessary.
• Flexible to work as part of a team and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to children aged 5–19 with difficulties.
• Work across settings to support learning and well-being.
• Participate in a 7-day rota including evenings and weekends with two consecutive days off each week.
• Sleep-in duties with additional pay (£65) and breakfast break.
