Support Worker – Flexible School-Based Role
Location: Various schools across Blackburn, Lancashire
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available
About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work across a number of primary and secondary schools in the Blackburn area. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You will be providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with school staff and families to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach.
