Role: School Support Worker

Location: Reddish Hall School, Stockport SK5 6UY

Salary: £20,906.25 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role

Our ideal candidate would be an outstanding School Support Worker, with relevant qualifications and experience of working with students in a school environment to join our expanding team. • To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
• To encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
• To develop and enhance the social, emotional and behavioural development of our students.
• To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students within the assigned class group.
• Working in partnership with teaching staff to provide support for students who require help to enable access to learning and to assist in the management of students.
• Maths and English GCSE Grade C or equivalent
